You won't resolve it unless you can provide a tracking number to prove delivery of the item to the buyer, if you don't they will get their money back. That is because there is NO SELLER PROTECTION for selling virtual or digital items on paypal, you are welcome to do so but entirely at your own risk. So if the buyer files a dispute then odds are they will win.
