I'm really confused. I bought some shoes from topshop 4 days ago via paypal but with my CC which is linked to my paypal. I sold some things on ebay and was paid for them yesterday. Because the shoes got dispatched today my actual card was charged today. I have been charged via my paypal balance (meaning the money i got from ebay has actually gone towards the shoes) and i've been charged on my CC I dont understand and customer services is ridiculously hard to get through to. I just want to talk to someone! HELP!
