Hello, I sold a computer on Ebay. A certain williams88901 wrote to purchase it, told me that he ordered the payment. I received an email from support@intl-transfertalert.com asking to send them the shiping receipt to get my money afterwards. Is this the normal procedure ? I can't see any movement in my account on the Paypal website... Thank you for your answer
