This is a new one on me: an email telling me someone has just paid me £809.70 for Post Man Pat, PC Selby Car & Figure. Completely unlikely and therefore definitely a scam. It seems such an unlikely email to take someone in, but no doubt someone not very alert could have been convinced and clicked on 'View the details of this transaction' (although the details are all in the email... duh). It was addressed to Dear <emailatdomain.co.uk>, where that was my userid, so they are trying to make it look as if you are being addressed by name.
