Hi, I paid for an item by Paypal, but returned it via Royal Mail, 2nd class signed for, it hasn't been delivered. Tracking says it is still at the Post Office that I took it to!! Paypal have taken the payment for the item from my bank today. Do I have to make a claim for reimbursement from Royal Mail, or am I somehow covered with paypal for lost items?
