HI. I recenctly purchased an item using my debit card via paypal and just right now the merchant sent me an email saying that my order has been canceled. So I checked my paypal account and saw that the payment was canceled but I was still charged and my money hasn't returned yet to my account. How much time does it take to return to my account?
