Thank  you for advising about Nochex.com. With all the unresolved problems with Paypal blocking accounts, I have removed Paypal as a transaction processor for my online customers and have switched to Nochex. Lets see how they go? Paypal website requesting information SUXS because even after providing all the requested information, Paypay still continues to request the same information repeatedly. There is no feedback as to when it will be reviewed if ever. Just, "please provide "..blah blah blah.
