Hi have been using paypal to create postage labels for several years but recently I receive a message in the pop up window once postage is purchased. The message is where the address normally is and it asks me to try again. I click try again and again until eventually I receive a message saying unable to print as you have tried too many times. This is sporadic and I am wasting time and money as I then have to cancel the label and try again. Has anyone encountered this problem in the last week or so? I have tried shutting down my computer and restarting in the hope this will help but it doesn't.
