Hi, I've sent 12 eur to someone as a gift who has an unverified account, the status is Complete but that person is saying that he didn't received the money (after 1 hour)? Is it possible? How can i know that he really say the truth or not? Is possible to get a refund from paypal? Thanks PS: the money were send from my paypal funds not from a credit card or something
