I won a small amount of money on a legal casino app, i used it within state borders where the casino operates and used my verified paypal account to desposit around $135 and then used it to withdraw $1500 in winnings. Paypal placed my withdrawal on hold and requested my SSN for tax TIN. I entered my SSN, got an email 15 mins later saying my account was updated and that my funds have been released...which has not been the case. It's been over 24 hours and my funds are still in tax ID hold. Called paypal support and they said it was a technical issue with no timeline of when itd be resolved.
