kernowlass - sorry to inform you, but you are wrong. I do not have any funds in my pypal account. My paypal account has a balance of 0.0, before transactions were made. I did not make any transactions of £2.18. The transactions I did make were correctly debited from my bank account, the exact amount as seen on my paypal account history. PayPal has failed to refund me £2.81 and then took a direct debit of £2.18. This is surely fraud? It is Illegal? The refund shows as completed on the paypal account history. The refund goes direct into the bank account, since that is how I paid for the transaction, and my paypal account has zero balance. I do not owe paypal £2.18, they now owe me £4.99? PayPal has made an unauthorized direct debit from my bank account of £2.18, while I have never made any transaction for this amount, and no transaction of this amount is showing on my PayPal accont History. Surely, this is illegal? Thankfully, my bank will cancel the direct debit due to PayPals lack of customer service and communication or investigation. How can PayPal take an unauthorized direct debit?   In addition, PayPal were meant to issue me a refund of £2.81 into my bank account from a refunded EBay transaction, which shows as completed on my PayPal account History, but nothing in my bank account?   Strange how PayPal debit me £2.18 and fail to credit me £2.81. Therefore, owing me £4.99 in total?   Regarless of the amount, it must be illegal, what if I incurred charges from my bank?
