Paypal, when will you stop the harassment ?

This is my terrible on going experience with PP... This is how you'll have contributed to absolutely ruining my life. 5 days ago I got contacted by PP about a negative balance on my account for £1200.... I wondered what was the problem and figured I hadn't updated my new card information. The lady on the phone was nice, helped me cancel 2 invalid cards and then I authorised a payment to refund my negative score. This is the point where I think the matter should have ended. But no... while I was travelling from rugby to Birmingham and back to Leeds, I discover my card is declined and I am stuck in Coventry. I call up my Bank and they tell me there are 2 payments of £1200 that have gone to Paypal and I have a negative balance in my account now. I am informed I can't cancel it and I would have to call up PP even though the second payment wasn't authorised by me. Do note that all this is happening while I am stuck in the middle of nowhere. I call up PP and they escalate the matter quickly realising their mistake and then I get a call after 2 hours of standing in the cold from a supervisor telling me that he understands and he can issue me a refund of £1200 to resolve the situation with my bank. I call up my bank and they inform me it will take 24 hours to refund a direct debit to my account. I wanted to call PP again but at this moment, ALL my skype credit (around £40) was over calling 2 paid banking customer helplines. I got called by the PP supervisor again and I explained him the Issue. He told me he has escalated the matter to the extreme and there will be compensation issued. I told him I was completely out of balance and he assisted me in the matter making a conference call to my bank and telling them to issue the refund immediately as it is cleared from their end.  I got back a balance from my Bank not before deducting Payment rejection fees for making a payment with insufficient funds... but at the time, my main concern was getting back somewhere safe because after 4 hours of twiddling my thumbs, I am still in the middle of nowhere and Finally have to purchase a peak hour ticket to BG and of course I miss all my connecting buses etc. and miss easter with my friends and family because all the national express tickets are filled up. Nearly being forced to sleep on the streets in coventry I manage to reach Leeds 2 days later and of course the compensation department hasn't even attempted to contact me.... But that STILL ISN'T THE END !! I also use ebay a lot, and guess what... I can't use it anymore. Just in the time I won bids and now the seller thinks I am scamming him and leaves negative feedback on my perfect ebay score because hey it's a far-fetched story that PP can keep my account blocked for so long. The information that I have is that it's going to be blocked for a week since it was money taken from my account directly and that takes upto a week to be transferred... so while I stare at a negative £1200 pounds in my PP account, any transaction that comes in my way is basically blocked because of the negative score.  And now I am being harrased by the sellers to pay up money but oh dear... no... PP IS BLOCKED !! This experience... It has just been terrible, torturous... You'll have efficiently spoilt my easter, my happiness, my ebay score, my relations with others and have caused me to bear SO MANY payments out of my pocket which I didn't even need to pay in the first place if it wasn't for you.  I do hope atleast someone will contact me and not just tell me that in the future you can do "xxxxx" ...
