I posted a few things on ebay and they sold but I wasn't aware of the pending payment policy so I only have enough in my current bank account to ship 2 of the 4 things out so I think it'd be best to cancel/refund the other 2 orders as I do not have enough money to ship them out due to the payments pending on paypal. If I were to issue a refund on paypal, would their payment be taken out of the pending balance rather than from my own card sources directly? I can't have it be the latter otherwise I will overdraw my bank account and have to pay a $45 fee.
