I received a refund from a Ebay seller on 3/18/2014. it shows up on everythingin paypal history,details etc.. but it doesnt show up om paypay balance. it's been almost a month now, I know they put it on "hold" but that was removed on 3/20/2014. I'm wanting to transfer to MY bank account. Or at least next time I buy something using paypal that amount would be subtracted from amount owed.
