I could add my account asking via direct message to Twitter account @askpaypal   I explained my case, give them my email address, and then they change something in my account, so I could add my USA bank account.   Now, I have a difference in names (my Bank account, and Paypal). I have the same problem. The message I had (many times):   We were unable to process your bank account registration at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please try again at a later date.   Why? Why it could work "a later date" and not now?   My bank account is from Payoneer, Bank of America, USA.   My Paypal account has my country: Argentina.   I think it is a common association: PayPal, Payoneer account, there are many post from users around the world adding Payoneer bank account to Paypal.    Even Payoneer mentioned it:   http://www.payoneer.com/payment-services/en/paypal/   with an image about "Add a bank account" in Paypal   Any cue?
