i dont have a bank account or onything like that i just use the prepaid cash card for my purshaes on line and i just recived a refund back from walmart to my credit card but it said its on the card but i havent recived it yet what do i do. im on a limited budget and it took me 3 mths just to save 30.00 to get this item. i need to have the monie put back on my card please i need help. how long dose a 30.00 refund take when all they have to do is put it back on your card.
