Sold a PSP consle on FeeBay, not for much money, £40.    Buyer paid straight away, however funds are on hold.    I understand funds are held for new sellers, but this is the 28th item I've sold, and I have 100% positive feedback.    I sold an item as recently as the begining of December, funds available right away, so why is this different?    Frustrating... ... I understand I'm new...I've sold 5/6 items now and every time Paypal is holding onto MY money for two to three weeks at a time.    I sell items I no longer need towards the end of a month when I'm struggliong for cash. I don't see why Paypal have a right to  hold onto cash which is not theirs. Do they make interest off this cash when they have it in their account for weeks on end?   I am not a con man, I have 100% positive feedback, the buyers leave positive feedback and have use of the items I sell long before I recieve the money.    I fail to see how this is legal, surely it's some sort of theft.  ...
