Hi all. hope you can help. I have a second e mail address which is redgistered with my account but not yet verified. I keep following the procedure of entering the numbers sent to me by e mail and then clicking return but after this I always get an error message saying an error occured since last pressing return. I phoned the help centre who said that had confirmed the second e mail address for me but that is not what is showing in my profile
