I have used the virtual terminal for almost a year and have found as a small business it is much more hurtful than helpful. I currently have almost $1400 in reserve which is about what I bring in on a good month. They do not just take the 30% out of credit card payments, they take it out of everything. My mother put money on my paypal card for my birthday and paypal took 30% of mjy birthday present. It is insane. I have been trying for hours to find out how to stop the virtual terminal and have now been told that even if I CANCEL virtual terminal I have to wait out the 90 days to get my reserve money. Does anyone know what the policy is as far as reserve monies goes if I l close my account. For example when and how would I be paid my $1400.
