I currenty have $60 in credit on my paypal. I provided my ss, but no credit card or bank account. I tried to send $60, but it wouldnt work. So I sent $19. It used bill me later credit and I dont know how to use that and I JUST want to use my paypal credit I got and not go into debt paying back bill me later.
