Hello, all! I have a conundrum I'm hoping you can help me with. I won an item on ebay, but the seller was removed from the site before they collected my Paypal payment. Now they have sent me a new invoice. I'm suspicious--I really want the item I won, but what happens if I pay and they try to take the money and run? Am I protected by Paypal policy, or is this a case of caveat emptor? I can't seem to find a definite answer in the legalese of the Paypal TOS and I'm not sure I'd understand it right anyway. I've thought about asking ebay what happened to that seller, but even if they decided to tell me anything it doesn't realy answer the above question.
