I transferred out 40$ from my bank account to the pay pal one. When I looked at my bank transactions it said I transferred 40$ and then another 45.11$ which I did not. And when I go on pay pal the 45.11$ amount isn't anywhere on there. Why did it do that? When will I get a refund?
