I am trying to buy something but I am getting this error. Yes my account is verified and I have more than enough to buy it. There is no credit card linked, but there is my bank account which cannot do instant transfers. I tried converting my currency into euro's which is what is required but I got the same error. I've tried deleting cache, cookies etc and nothing works. What's even more annoying is that I bought something a few hours before this item but it was in GBP and not euros. All funds are coming from my paypal balance.
