I am working very hard to try to scratch out some extra income. It's not easy, I am working on a shoe string budget and making it work, but when customer files a claim stating that "The item has not been received, and only 48 hrs have past since the payment was made, why would ebay take that money from my account and place a "held" status on the funds? I understand if some tme has past, but 48 hrs? Cmon man!!!
