A few weeks ago a claim was opened against me for an item which was damaged in the post (posted to america), no problem i though if they return the item they can have a refund, this week paypal decided that this was the outcome of the claim and said that once the item was returned a refund would be issued. The tracking number the buyer gave for returning the item is the tracking number I gave when sending the item and shows that the item is still in America, I got an email today stating that Paypal have refunded the buyer without me having the item back in my possession. Where do I stand with this, do I just have to bite the bullet and accept being outo f pocket and having no item?
