Hello, I am trying to claim back my money and on the "Status" tab and says that it's "Requiring your action". When I press the respong button it just takes me to the case with no other button to type a comment, i have checked my emails and nothing about responding. When I emailed PayPal support, they gave a very unhelpful and generald response and asked me to phone up, which i would rather not spend hours on the phone for such a basic question. Can someone please help and tell me how i respond? I don't want the case to be closed because it wont let me respond. 😞
