Hi EmilyfrancesJ,I am currently experiencing similar problems,I sell through ebay and several of my customers have added a note to paypal payment but It is not shown when I look at details of payment,some do still show up but some are not???As im sure you realise it's very frustrating as customers are being let down by not recieving my items in the specifics they ask when adding a note and it looks bad on me as a seller as they think I have been lacking in care of processing the order.Also it cuts into my profits due to the need for duplicate orders being made and posted to correct the specifics of the order.If you find anything more out about this please post here,I am now going to contact Paypal help and see if they can help me.
