I work for a big company and I recently used some freelancers for a project. If they were to "get set up in our system" it would take them months to get paid. Instead, I want to pay them with a corporate credit card via PayPal (not my corp card, my boss's). So, my company doesn't have a PayPal account and can't get one (too complicated, executive approval, blah blah). These people have sent us PayPal invoices, and I know in the past you used to be able to still send someone money with a credit card even though you don't have a PayPal account. But now when we try to do this, we're prompted to sign up for an account. Any way around this?
