Sorry if this is the wrong section. I have a negative balance in my account which is from UPS Shipping, where they remove the hold on some money and then take it back out. I bought something in the middle so it left it with a negative balance. I had this happen before, it's usually not a big deal. When I try to add funds using my bank account or debit card it says my account is limited and won't let me. I emailed paypal but they just sent this generic email that didn't help at all. My debit card is current, money in my bank account and there is no notifications for my account. How am I suppose to resolve my balance if I can't add funds, just wait until I get a payment from someone? It's only $22, but now I can't purchase anything. Any help is appreciated.
