Hi Comm Cannot understand why payment to a seller is under review, enough funds in bank account , also had funds in paypal account , so transaction taken between those funds and bank account. My paypal shows the amount taken and it says payment completed, seller says his account says"review", not sure why? also my money has not been take off my credit account yet! Mike
