Hello, My nonprofit is currently raising funds using a shopping cart. One of our good donors just "bought" (aka donated a certain amount) and completed the transaction for our Valentine's fundraiser. They then went back and "bought" two additional items (aka donations), only to find that the original (paid) item was still in her shopping cart. She went ahead and paid for everything in the cart, only to then receive two notifications from PayPal for two separate donations (the first one and then the already paid item and two new items that she added to the shopping cart). So for example, she donated/bought a $10 heart. She then decided to buy two $5 hearts, only to find the $10 heart was still listed in the shopping cart (even though she had just paid for it!). So she had only wanted to pay for one $10 heart and two $5 hearts, but instead paid for two each of the $10 and $5 hearts. She's fine with what happened, but I am still wondering why it happened. I tried the same thing, and it happened to me as well. Why didn't the shopping cart clear after the first transaction?? We've done this same kind of thing numerous times in the last few years, and never had a problem. Thank you, Ken
