Hi, I'm developing an Internet based business for the Dominican Republic. The concept of the business is based on crowd sourcing and my issue is that I would have to pay to the suppliers (who will be based @ Dominican Rep.) and they need to have their money available. Can a person who lives @ DR have a PayPal account with a local (DR based) bank account?, so I can pay them and they can withdraw their money easily?
