ebay told the buyer that it would cost $13.25 to ship. When I try to print the shipping label in paypal via ebay (SAME weight, SAME measurement) it tells me it will cost me $22.20 even though as far as I can tell I established a UPS account. Then when I try to pay for it it says there are no funds in my account and it could take 3-4 days for funds to show up if I move them there (I am a new seller and have to wait for the pending payment to be released so zero balance). How am I supposed to be able to print this label? I'm going to have to go to UPS and buy the shipping retail. I've bought USPS labels through paypal and charged my credit card. They cost the same as the buyer paid me and I could buy them right away. I'm unable to quickly buy a UPS label even if it wasn't inexplicably $9 more. ebay and paypal encourage us to print shipping labels through their services but then I find out that's not possible. What am I missing?
