I've been dealing with this buyer that has been extremely unpatient and had opened a dispute on me because her phone was not received within 5 days, thats including the weekend and president's day. She received the phone and closed the dispute, now she is claiming it is not described after receiving the exact item(not able to use her sim card). The description said SPECIFICALLY what service it was for and what will be included. Now she opened a 2nd dispute. I always thought that disputes can only be opened once? This buyer has caused tons of headaches making my account into negative balances, so what is the possible outcome and why was she able to dispute twice? Thank you.
