Customer support is COMPLETELY useless ..... Had this issue for 3 days now .... Nowhere on Paypal does it say that I MUST verirfy my account to be able to send funds ..... My account that is not verified is getting this message BUT my gf's account that is verified with a credit card has no problems ..... So it's obvious that Paypal wont allow you to actually use it as intended without a CC .... I have 95 GBP on my account and I have tried to send everything from 5 GBP to 90 GBP .... nothing ....After I get MY money back I am gone forever cause this is **** ....
