Hello all, A little insight and guidance please. I have a buyer that acknowledges receipt of my package however claims nothing was inside of it. I have over 600+ positive feedback and have never had an instance like this. I will add that I pack each and every package and its impossible that there was nothing in the box. Anyway, this is where it gets good as I have come to find out this is a seller I banned from bidding on my auctions and then registered under another user id. The email address is the same. So I throw this question to the community, has anyone had this happen and what was or is the expected outcome of a dispute? Thanks in advance.
