Aaaaaaah. I got it. You were switching from a normal account.   The issue still exists for everyone who had a business account to start with. There isn't any upgrade option if you already have a business account - ie: no workaround.   and yeah, I raised a support ticked 2 days ago, and sent an email. Still haven't gotten a reply. ... What are you talking about? there is no upgrade OR edit button on the same page...   There is a single "Update" button for changing or updating business info, whch takes you to a page where you can click "Edit" or "Cancel"   On which page are you seeing the Edit and Upgrade together?   ---   And still, it's fairly sad that this is an issue they haven't fixed yet. ... has this seriously not been fixed yet?   I haven't been able to update any info due to this error. I've tried entering the current date as well, but no luck. [Edit] Switched browsers, deleted cookies, reloaded pages, switched computers, tried the "1970" default date, tried current date, tried random dates, tried switching days and months... nothing seems to work. Any date entered as DOB is recoginized as invalid and info fails to update. ... View more
