About once a week i get a buyer on ebay that complains that i didnt personalize their order and they added it in the paypal checkout "note to seller" box. I dont receive it because they didnt hit the SAVE button next to the box they typed in. Why is that button even there? If you writing in the box dont you want it to save and attach to the order  for the seller to see? I am SICK of these complaints! Get rid of that button PLEASE! ... View more

I am getting conflicting responses to this questions so im here to ask it on the forum. Will i need to deduct the refunds issued throughout the year and also paypal fees?
