I sold a mini sandrail to a guy out of state thru ebay. From the second he bid, i checked his past purchases and he had a shady history to say the least so I immediately contacted him thru ebay confirming that there will be no bull in this transaction if he should win. He never actually responded but he won the auction. He never paid his deposit on time so I was about to concel and report him but he finally contacted me so I let it slide. BIG MISTAKE. He then failed to pay the balance on time and Ishould have cut it at that point too but he smooth talked it out again and sent the money paypal. He was sending a transport to pick up the rail . On the day of the pickup, I took video.... one even of me driving the rail up the transport trailer into position to be shipped. This was his transport that he had set up via the requirements in the auction...The rail ran extremely strong and was proven in the video. When the scammer got the rail, he immediately started his scam. He never contacted me at all.... he immediately opened up a dispute thru paypal saying it was not the same state as what was sold. That it didnt run at all etc etc.. I contacted paypal and explained what I had thought from the start and that he is going to try and pull something obviously as I have video it ran perfectly. Paypal closed the dispute. Everything seemed ok but now since I had not sent the title and I informed him I would not send it until all time was up for any kind of **bleep** dispute cuz i knew he was up to something... well he filed another dispute this time with his credit card company and as it has it they stole my money and the **bleep** got a refund. He still claims its not as described yet no one ever saw my video proving it ran perfect.... Now I have explained my story that I have video no one will listen... they could care less. In addition the seller protection i was informed i had for things like this didnt apply in this case even though I have proof the item was sent exactly as stated. So now the **bleep** has had the rail since september and will not send it back and I am out the money. ANd paypal does nothing about it. So my last resort is to report the item stolen to the police since I have a title but no vehicle and no money for it. At the very least the police will show up at his work and make him look real shady but I assume this is not the first time for this crap with him so he wont much care. PAYPAL IS AS MUCH A SCAM AS THE BUYER IN MY TRANSACTION. THEY LEAVE ME HANG WITH NO MONEY AND DONT FOLLOW UP TO INSURE I GET MY ITEM RETURNED IN THE CONDITION IT LEFT IN. THEY NEVER LOOKED AT MY PROOF JUST BELIEVED SOME SCAM ARTIST THAT WAS THE EXTENT OF IT. I HAVE PROOF IN VIDEO OF THE ITEM THERE IS NO BETTER WAY TO SHOW THE CONDITION THAN VIDEO PROOF. HE HAS NOTHING BUT HIS LIES AND HE GETS THE VEHICLE AS WELL AS THE MONEY BACK. AND I AM **bleep**.
