Hello! I need some help with sending money to another country. I'm trying to send some money to Korea and I have vague idea of what to do. But while I was researching on transation fees, it says that it's free when you have Paypal balance/bank. What does that mean and how do I get one? and does that also apply to international transaction? I'm just trying to pay little as much as I can for transaction fees because the internation shipping fees are very expensive, and I feel like I'm overpaying than I should because of shipping fees... Also, I'm actually buying some product from korea and when choosing the type for sending money, the seller told me to check the service. What does that mean? does it affect the transaction fees?
