hey out there! I need some help! I bought a wedding dress from a company that uses PayPal. The dress should have been here 2 weeks ago. xxxx xxxxx is the name of the company. They will not respond to my emails or phone calls. I need my money back . I didnt order the dress through PalPal but my bank statement says xxxxxxxxx used PayPal.
