Every time I log in to PayPal the above message is glaring at me across the page. I have several times, over the past few months, done everything I think I am supposed to do to update my card's expiry date. Get the message that I have successfully updated it. Yet still this band keeps showing . Can you say what the problem might be ? Thanks.
