So glad its not only me lol, nah sorry to hear you had same thing,   i checked my funding sourse and currently it all looks normal, also when i logged in to the access card thing its showing full balance available so i see no reason why not, i recently changed banks but not my main bank and you would still think it would use paypal balance first......   Cheers, ...
