Welcome to the Community Forum! Sorry to hear that you didn't receive the item you've purchased. I'd advise filing a dispute through PayPal for this payment by following the steps below.
To open a dispute:
Log in to your PayPal account at www.paypal.com/uk
Click 'Resolution Centre' near the top of the page.
In the 'Report a problem' section click the ‘Dispute a Transaction' button.
Select ‘Item dispute’ and click ‘Continue’.
Click the 'Find transaction ID'. (A new window displays your transaction history.)
Click the ‘Transaction ID' you want to dispute.
Click ‘Continue’.
A dispute can be escalated to a claim in the Resolution Centre. If you have any issues with this or you sent the payment as a guest transaction, please click on 'Contact us' when logged into your account to get in touch with Customer Support.
