Hello. I have one question about adding funds to my steam wallet. Do i need to have a credit card/bank accout linked to my account? I have created paypal like 5 days ago, i put money in it. But everytime i try to purchase something using it i got error: We're sorry, but we can't send your payment right now Return to merchant and try a different payment method We are not able to process your payment using your PayPal account at this time. Please return to the merchant's website and try using a different payment method (if available).
