Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr, I no longer have my old debit card so cannot change details on-line. The 'phone us' option is automated. How can i speak to a PERSON.? Don't paypal realise that changing a debit card and contacting paypal may happen several months down the line and people may not have a record of their old debit card number.?
