hi, wonder if someone can help, my old email account to which i have paypal linked to (primary) was hacked last year and i have been trying to change it since but it hasnt worked yet, it isnt letting me change addresses, when i go to change it says my new address is already linked but it doesnt show up anywhere, can anyone advise. many thanks
