Well, I am a Singapore eBay buyer! Every time, I pay for a purchase, Paypal will convert the currency from USD to SGD and I will take note the money charged from my credit cards... For some unknown reasons, Paypal stopped converting the money and I had to pay in USD? All other purchases are all paid in SGD. Today, I was supposedly to pay for a purchase but I realize it is charged in USD, How do I convert back to SGD? Help pls...
