Twice this month I made purchased on ebay and selected one bank to draw funds from and they changed the transaction to a different bank I'm in the process of closing. They not only did each transaction once since there wasn't funds in that bank they ran it twice so the bank is after me for $120.00 in NSF fees. I've been in contact with the bank and they won't remove the fees without Paypal admiting to the mistake. I've been in contact with Paypal customer service twice and it appears I'm being ignored. Anyone have an idea how I can resolve this situation?
