I'm a very small seller and keep getting hit by problems. But I take them in stride thinking they are learning opportunites. But this one has me baffled. My buyer says PP isn't working for her and wants to have my contact info so she can send cash, check or MO. I set up an invoice for her so she could pay with any credit card. She still says she just wants to take care of it and be done and is a little cranky about my explanation that I have on my listings that I only accept PP. She has never admitted or denied trying the invoice from PP. If she is who her Ebay account says she is she should be good for the money and have the education to know how to take care of these things in a professional manner. So I called PP CS to see if they could see from my account if she attempted to make the payment. And I got no where there. But I'm yanking straws. It is so sad that companies sell out to foreign countries to handle CS for our country. It is one thing to speak a language a completely different thing to COMPREHEND it! Anyhow, any advice?
